As someone who has survived 30 years in business, I have seen 2 previous recessions, a credit crunch and now this mother of all business challenges COVID-19.
As a business owner I have gone through a few phases which I am sure everyone like me will have gone through. Some however will fare better than others and some will not have the experience to cope with it.
This is the perfect time for all SME leaders to reflect and plan, something that we NEVER have time to do. I am taking advantage of that and am confident that I will come out stronger the other side.
