How do I get access to the event app?

An email inviting you to the app is sent automatically within an hour of you booking your ticket.

You can also access the app by visiting:

https://dl.grip.events/FestivalofEnterprise2019

You need to make sure to use the same email address that your ticket was booked with, and enter your Badge ID which would have been sent with your ticket to enter the platform.

How do I get my tickets?

What if I loose or can’t find my ticket?

Don’t worry – we’ll be able to print your ticket at the entrance to the event.

How much do tickets cost?

Entry to the show is free.

By Car

You’ll find the NEC clearly signposted from all motorways and major routes including the M42, M40 and M6 – just pop B40 1NT in your sat nav. When you arrive at the NEC don’t follow your satnav anymore, look out for the Festival of Enterprise listed on the venue signs. Then, simply jump on the NEC free shuttle bus or take a leisurely stroll along the signposted footpaths.

Parking is available at the NEC Birmingham – you can save by booking in advance here.

Train

You won’t even need to brave the elements. Direct services run all day, however if you’re travelling from further afield you may need to catch a connecting train at Birmingham New Street, which is less than a 15-minute journey away.

Are there discounted hotel rooms available?

Are there cloakroom facilities?

Cloakrooms are available in the main Piazza close to the show entrances, and are operated by the venue. Prices start at £1.00 per item. Items are left at your own risk.

Is there free WIFI?

Free venue WIFI is available throughout the NEC Birmingham. To connect, select ‘NEC Free Wifi’, and complete the access form on your browser page.

Are there disabled facilities at the show?

The NEC aims to be fully accessible and user-friendly for disabled visitors.

Assistance dogs are welcome. For full information on disabled parking bays, wheelchair and mobility scooter hire as well as hearing induction loops, please visit the NEC’s website here

Food & Drink

Whether you’re looking for breakfast, lunch, snacks or dinner, there is a variety of food & drink options available at the NEC and there is a Central Cafe – Sponsored By Visa within the Festival of Enterprise hall. More info here.

Am I allowed to re-enter the Festival of Enterprise if I leave?

Yes, you’ll be allowed to re-enter with your ticket.

Will there be media attending the event?

Yes, there’ll be a multiple representatives from media in attendance. We invite you to the “Meet the media” area at the event if you’re interested in meeting some of them.
