Chelsie Collins, co-founder of Blondies Kitchen set up Blondies in 2016 with Kristelle Levy. After cookery writing for over 2 years at BBC Good Food, ghost writing for celebrity chefs, food styling and more, Chelsie decided to set up her own business. Chelsie & Kristelle decided to bring a touch of nostalgia to their Milk & Cookie Bar concept, creating sweet childhood treats such as Kinder Cookies and bottled Cereal Milk. Since conception in 2016, they’ve sold over 1.5 million cookies and were discovered by Selfridges on Instagram back in January 2017. The girls launched a pop-up Milk & Cookie Bar in Selfridges on May 1st 2017, for 4 weeks. On the back of this being Selfridges’ most successful pop up in the history of the food hall, Blondies were invited back to launch permanently in September 2017. Their Milk & Cookie Bar concession sits in the Bakery section of the food hall. The girls have popped up around London including their first ever stand alone micro store on Kingly Street, Soho, in Brent Cross Shopping Centre, Old Street Station, and right now you can find them in Bicester Village in Oxford until January 2020.
